Says they have 24 hour service but they never answer their phone. AC went out 3 days ago and we still haven't heard from them. Played phone tag with them for a month in September last year to get my unit working again. Did everything they told me to do to maintain my unit and the same thing broke again because they didn't install the unit properly. Now I don't have AC or heat, again. Seriously, don't use them.
